Please reach out to us with your hot tubs make, model, and serial number, as well as any photos of the stickers on your existing control box and board. A photo of your existing topside panel would also be helpful.***   

Incoming power and heater connection screws/nuts need to be tight and secure. (Heater Connection Screws/Nuts Torque Specs = 30-35 inch lbs.)     

Failure to properly connect incoming power or tighten heater connections properly can cause heat/resistance/arching and fry the board at these points. Damage at these points is caused by a loose connection. This is not a manufacturing defect, and is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We also recommend replacing both copper straps on heaters with the new style jump straps, part number 48-0023A.
