The serial number on most hot tub brands can be found in 3 places. 1. Near the drain of your hot tub, which is at one of the 4 exterior corners of the cabinet. 2. In the equipment bay that houses all of the equipment for the hot tub, affixed to the shell of the spa on a nomenclature plate that shows the make, model, and serial information, as well as the year of manufacture. 3. Found in the original paperwork for the hot tub.
