Important Note: This unit needs to be programmed at installation. We need the spa's model, year, and serial number so we can email you a file. You will need to download this file onto a USB drive (16GB or smaller) and install it. We need your tub's serial number to provide the correct file set. 

You can find the serial number on most hot tub brands in 3 places. 1. Near the drain of your hot tub, located at one of the 4 exterior corners of the cabinet. 2. In the equipment bay housing the hot tub's equipment, affixed to the shell on a nomenclature plate showing the make, model, serial information, and year of manufacture. 3. Found in the hot tub's original paperwork.
