The JED 103 ozone generator is a corona discharge or "CD" type water treatment component designed for water purification in residential hot tubs, swim spas, fountains and lap pools.  It  should be wall mounted in a dry location under the skirt of a hot tub or spa and installed with a spa control, ozone check valve, venturi injector or bypass adapter and a contact or mixing chamber.
